Lack of resources, awareness, efforts, guidance, negligence, interaction, sense of ownership of communities, generation gap, separation from management and decision making process of communities and similar factors are hindering in the way of transferring azadari to our new generation.

Islam is a complete code of life and should be practice as a 'way of life' rather than a 'part of life'. Yet, most religious organizations, neglect the worldly affairs of their youth as well as community in general, and expect their participation in community and religious activities.
