INTERFAITH AND INTRAFAITH WING
OUR STRATEGIES,
GOALS AND PROJECTS:
- Visiting and inviting members from different religions,
at our mosques, major events, large gatherings and
at their designated places of prayers for interaction.
- Creating interfaith and intrafaith social project
for the betterment of overall society.
- Organizing public forums and discussion.
- Publication and distribution of articles, pamphlets,
magazines, webzines, seminars, webinars, etc to engage
community in positive social activities.
- Organizing social events of common interest such
as programs of sports, entertainment, education, immigration,
healthcare, etc.
- Govt. relations and representation and media communications.
- Emphasizing the brotherly and harmonious relationship
between Prophet Jesus, Moses and Muhammad (SAW)
- Emphasizing the universal figure of Imam Hussain
(AS) and promoting the idea of AZADARI and Karbala’s
universal mission of Humanity, peace and justice.
- Develop programs that proactively address racism,
homophobia, religious prejudice, linguistic bias,
anti-immigrant sentiment, and other divisive attitudes
that can lead to inter-cultural tension, hate crimes
and related violence.
- Teaming with law enforcement, schools, cities,
community-based organizations, youth, academics, policy
makers, businesses and other leaders, bringing key
players together to resolve immediate inter-cultural
conflicts and to lay the groundwork for a long-term
campaign to eradicate bias and prejudice.
